Overview
As our desire is to give good fruit, we dont want our customers to be dissapointed. We do our best to repsond and sort out your fruit damage(reported with valid evidence) in 14 to 28 days.
Being highly perishable fruit, we cannot expect returns. Customer should notifiy us on the day they the receive fruit. Based on the damage we will assess the refund.
We do expect when customers ordering the fruit, they know the fruit variety and their longitivity and so on, so the expectation is clear. If they are not sure, they can always query us about the fruit variety and their nature. We are happy to explain, because each variety do vary in size, texture, taste and shape.
Refunds
Given the nature of the highly perishable fruit, we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged on the day fruit arrived. Please send us an email at hello@kundans.co.uk or WhatsApp on 07377887979 along with clear pictures of damage on the day you have recieved the fruit. (replacement only in certain areas, please email at hello@kundans.co.uk to see if your are is covered).
Once we receive your reported damage, we do our best to repsond in 14 to 21 days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded if they are defective or damaged. Sale items refund is at suppliers discretion.
